Eric R. Jacobs worked as an apprentice chef at Chez Pierre in Tallahassee while he was in college at FSU. He has an MBA from USF and enjoys being an evening and weekend chef. Sandra M. Jacobs grew up in Tallahassee and worked in catering throughout college at FSU. She also has an MBA from USF. Now married, Eric and Sandy are currently serving as Peace Corps volunteers in the Ukraine. They look forward to returning to the bounty of Florida cuisine.
